MUSKEGON RIVER FISHING REPORT: April 29th, 2008

Muskegon River Fly Fishing, is getting better as the weather warms. This is going to be a Big 2008 Spring run of Steelhead. Fish Muskegon and get Hooked Fishing Muskegon

April 19thMuskegon river Fly fishing with Alex and Manny. The guys did well with 2 out 5 pushing 10lbs.

April 18thMuskegon river Steelhead fishing with Rick and Luke, Luke was the man landing 5 fish his last a chrome hen.

April 6thMuskegon river fishing with Eric,Kim,Madeline & Foster was successful again with 3 Steelhead landed and Eric put the biggest Trout of the year in the net. Kim landed the 2nd biggest Steelhead of the year. I really enjoyed the day fishing with everyone.

March 27thMuskegon River Trout fishing w/Ennis and Chris landing 3 Steelhead and several others on. Had a great time!

March 26thSteelhead Fishing Muskegon river with Eric and his daughter Shelly, had a great day on the river landing 3 chrome Steelhead. It was great fishing with you again Eric. Shelly it was fun meeting and fishing with you.

March 25th Jim and Joni fished Muskegon river Steelhead landing 2 nice trout. Enjoyed the day fishing with both of you.

March 22nd Steelhead are starting to spawn and the run will peak over the next 3 weeks. Today Capt. Art caught and released a 33" 14lb Walleye, just so everybody knows season is closed on Walleyes.

Muskegon river fishing with David,Diane and Don had a great trip despite the winter storm that rolled in around noon we still managed to land 3 nice Steelhead. Diane battled the last brut for over 15 minutes and proved to be a great steelheader!

Muskegon River winter Steelhead fishing with Bob,Eric and Luke had another very successful trip, landed 4 nice Steelhead, it was great fishing together again.

Newaygo guided Steelhead trip with Chris and Jason from California had an awesome trip with a limit catch of Steelhead for both guy's. Another successful outing. I enjoyed fishing with you guys again.

Newaygo fishing with Larry, Lee and young Mike, again we had a very successful day on the river, the fish were plentiful landing 7 Steelies, great fishing everyone! Fishing Newaygo with Mark, Muskrat and Chris, had a successful day on the river, the Steelhead are definetly in the river system, we landed 5 nice Steelies, I had a great time fishing with everyone again. Muskegon river trip with Jason & Sherri had an action packed day with 7 nice Steelhead making it to the net.Awesome day on the river. Fished again with Ben,Randy and Jim had another successful day landing 3 nice Steelies.I was great fishing with evreyone again. Muskegon River Guided trip with Ben,Randy and Jim, had a great day landing 3 huge Salmon straight from Lake Michigan. For the last week we have taken the largest and freshest Salmon of the year. The river system still has pleny of fresh Salmon entering daily, it's not to late to get in on the action. Fished with Derek,Sage and Charlie landed 3 fresh Muskegon River Salmon, they were hog's way to go guy's. Fished with Chris,Jason and Cary landed 4 nice Salmon. Jason landed a 40" Salmon the longest one caught this year, good job bud! I really enjoyed fishing with everyone. River trip with Steve and Jonathon had a great trip landing 5 dandies. The river is loaded with fish, now is the time to book a trip! River trip with Raj and friend landed a couple of nice ones. River trip with Jerry,Jerry and Brian from Texas, had another successful trip landing 7 Salmon.

LAKE MICHIGAN FISHING REPORT: April 29th,2008

2008 Lake Michigan Fishing Charters are starting soon. Our Muskegon Charter Boat in North Muskegon had another successful year this past season. This years fishing looks great. Muskegon Salmon Fishing is as good as it "gets".

Sept 26th,Did a river scenic cruise with Junko,Tadao,Makoto & Keiko ran across a nice fresh school of Salmon and couldn't resist had to throw a couple of cast, and we had a Muskegon River Salmon on.Sept 23rd,River trip with Mark,Mark and Jim fishing was slow we managed to land one Salmon, two nice pike and lost some nice Kings,we need a rain!Sept 22nd,Evening river trip with Dan and Gayathri here are a couple of the Salmon from tonight.Sept 22nd,Morning river Salmon trip with Mitch and the guy's had a great day with lots of fish on here are some of the pics of todays action.Sept 16th,Morning trip with Mike,Shelly & Jan had a great trip landing 7 Kings and a beautiful Steelie.Sept 15th,Evening trip with David,Jacob,and Mike we had a action packed evening landing 8 big one's.Sept 15th,Morning trip with Maurice,Larry,Earl & Renny we ended the trip with 6 nice one's, good fishing guy's!Sept 14th,Evening Lake Michigan trip with Dave,Dave and Jim we landed 3 nice one's and we had a good time fishing with everyone.Sept 14th,Morning river trip with Lynn landed 1 Salmon, and is the kickoff to the river fishing.Sept 13th,Evening trip with Lynn had a great time, she landed the biggest fish of the season, tipping the scale 20lbs+, she also got her limit, great job Lynn!Sept 13th,Morning trip with Aaron and crew landed 5. Sept 12th,Morning trip with Herman and the guy's we had an awesome trip with everyone catching their limit.Sept 11th,Morning trip with Jim,Ray and Jerry landed 9 nice one's, and had a great time fishing with everyone.Sept 10th,Morning trip with John and Kathy had a great trip with a limit catch.Sept 9th,Morning trip with Ryan,Bill,Jared,Ben fished out deep and found a pile of fish ended the trip with 10 nice one's

MUSKEGON LAKE FISHING REPORT:April 29th, 2008

Feb 30th,Ice conditions between 2nd St. and Johnsons point are trecherous. The river mouth continues to open with good Walleye fishing out of boats with Huskie Jerks, Walleye fishing off 2nd St remains good and with warming temps ice will be dangerous. Steelhead fishing the lower river is improving daily with temps. Spawn remains the bait of choice.
